Eleven openings: ten exterior windows plus the interior kitchen service pass-through. There are exactly two exterior takeouts: café and ice cream, both 60 × 48 in; the adjacent window is 48 × 39 in. Both short walls facing the recess have fixed windows, 45 inches wide and approximately 10 feet tall. The long recessed wall remains solid. Change each mechanism separately. Lift clears half the height; folding clearances exclude frame and hardware deductions.
The small green cage sits beneath the front outside counter. Four parking spaces follow the supplied plan. The shared striped aisle between the two accessible spaces is reserved for passenger loading and unloading, not parking. Utility room includes a water heater, mop sink, and Whirlpool WET4027HW laundry center (27¼ × 32⁷⁄₁₆ × 75½ inches W × D × H). Equipment placement, connection routes, roof heights and unlabeled dimensions are conceptual.
